OUR Programming

Camps

Our coding camps are built to give Muslim students a fun, hands-on intro to the world of tech. Whether it’s a weekend bootcamp or a week-long experience, each camp is packed with interactive lessons, creative projects, and team challenges that make learning exciting and real. Students will walk away with new coding skills, a finished project they can show off, and the confidence to keep exploring tech on their own. Each camp is led by experienced instructors who know how to break things down and keep it engaging—no matter your skill level.

Medina Programming Camp

The Medina Coding Camp was a two-day hands-on experience designed to spark a real interest in coding. On the first day, students jumped into Scratch, where they built interactive games and animations using block-based programming. It was the perfect way to introduce coding logic in a visual and fun format. Students worked in teams, shared ideas, and started seeing how their creativity could come to life on screen. The room was full of energy, collaboration, and that “aha” moment when their code actually worked.

On the second day, we introduced Java, giving students a chance to write real code for the first time. They learned how to set up simple programs, understood basic syntax, and got a feel for how professional developers work. It was challenging, but our instructors helped break it down step by step. By the end of the camp, students left with new skills, real confidence, and the motivation to keep exploring the world of tech.
