Learn ABOUT OUR
Projects
At Muslim Coders, our students work on real, hands-on projects that bring their ideas to life. From building games in Scratch, to writing code in Java, to designing websites with HTML and CSS, we cover a wide range of skills. We also explore game design, basic app development, and creative problem-solving. Every project is built to be fun, beginner-friendly, and something students can be proud to show off.
Learn About
Scratch
Scratch Coding
Scratch Coding is where many of our students begin their coding journey. It’s a visual, drag-and-drop platform that makes it easy for beginners to understand how programming works—without needing to type complicated code. At Muslim Coders, we use Scratch to help students unlock their creativity, build problem-solving skills, and learn the core concepts of coding in a way that’s fun and interactive.
Through Scratch, students learn how to:
- Understand basic programming logic like loops, conditionals, and events
- Build interactive games, animations, and stories
- Design characters and add movement and sound
- Break down problems and debug their own code
- Collaborate with others and present their projects
Learn About
Java
Java Programming
Java Coding gives students a chance to step into real-world programming using one of the most powerful and widely used languages in tech. At Muslim Coders, we introduce Java in a beginner-friendly way so students can learn the fundamentals while building confidence in writing actual code. It’s a big step up from block coding, but we break it down into simple lessons that make it easier to understand and apply.
Through Java, students learn how to:
- Write and run their first lines of real code
- Understand key concepts like variables, data types, and functions
- Use conditionals, loops, and logic to control how programs run
- Create simple applications and console-based games
- Think like a developer and solve problems step by step
Learn About
HTML AND CSS
HTML & CSS Programming
HTML & Web Design is where our students learn how to build real websites from the ground up. Using HTML, along with CSS for styling, we teach them how the internet works and how to create clean, functional, and responsive websites. It’s a great way for students to take control of their creativity and see their ideas live on the web. In fact, the website you’re looking at right now was built by our very own students.
Through HTML & CSS, students learn how to:
- Structure webpages using HTML tags and elements
- Style pages with colors, fonts, and layouts using CSS
- Add images, links, and interactive buttons
- Understand the basics of responsive design for phones and desktops
- Build full websites they can publish and share
